With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Based around the class-leading Swissstop organic pad, these are tweaked for applications requiring greater endurance.
These pads are ideal for e-bikes. They feature a long-lasting, high-endurance compound with an organic formula that is low noise and rotor-friendly. They offer easy modulation of braking force and high-temperature stability for consistent brake power.
Pads must be bedded in to achieve optimal performance. On a gradual downhill slope, drag each brake for 20-30 seconds, alternating between front and rear. Repeat 2-3 times. On a steeper slope, engage and drag the brakes for 10-15 seconds then increase lever pressure until the bike slows almost to a complete stop. Repeat 2-3 times. To achieve optimal performance, exchange the front and rear pads then repeat the second step. Let all parts cool before replacing or exchanging brake pads.
